About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and effective Mathematics teacher to join our well-resourced and collaborative Faculty in a school that promotes personal excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who inspires curiosity, confidence and is able to engage young women in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing quality teaching and learning for students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Keeping up to date with current pedagogy.
• Ensuring quality pastoral care of students.

• You demonstrate exceptional teaching practice, delivering motivational and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• You have a sound understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum, and can create and maintain safe, inclusive and rich learning experiences.
  
• You thrive under pressure and can effectively manage your time to meet deadlines.
• You are highly organised, self-motivated and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• You maintain the highest degree of confidentiality.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Attributes:

• Ability to teach Mathematics and Statistics to Senior levels Y7-10.
• Current Teacher Registration.
• Valid New Zealand working rights.
