Morning Lifeguard Morning LifeguardPart-time, Term-time, PermanentMonday to Friday (4:45am to 8am)Epsom, AucklandCommencement: January 2027About us:Epsom-based St Cuthbert's College is one of New Zealand's most distinctive schools for girls, a place where academic excellence, a purpose-built all-girls environment, and an extraordinary second campus come together to prepare every student for the life she chooses to create.About the role:You will be responsible for:Opening the aquatic facility and preparing it for daily operations.Completing pool water quality testing and routine facility checks.Actively supervising swimmers and preventing accidents and injuries.Responding to emergencies and administering first aid as required.Ensuring the pool area is clean, safe and ready for use.Following established opening, safety, emergency response and operational procedures.About you:We are looking for someone who is:A qualified and competent Lifeguard with current PLPC Level 3 and First Aid qualifications.Exceptionally reliable and punctual.Confident working independently during early morning shifts.Vigilant, safety-conscious and able to respond calmly to emergencies.Professional, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service.Comfortable with early starts and a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.Our early morning swimmers rely on the facility being open, ready for use and safely supervised each day.
