This is a front-facing role and will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors to the College.The successful candidate will provide a welcoming and professional reception service while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of the Junior School. The role involves operating the College switchboard, responding to enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support to Junior School staff.You will need excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the College. A calm and professional approach, strong organisational skills and a high level of confidentiality are essential.
