About the role:St Cuthbert's College is looking to appoint a Head of Faculty - Science, with prior leadership experience, to head this dynamic, renowned faculty. Science is taught as a specialist subject from Year 5, with the Faculty responsible for leading learning across Years 5–13. To be successful in this role, you need to:Epitomise St Cuthbert's "By Love Serve" in all you do;Have proven success teaching Science across Years 7–10 through to senior levels of the New Zealand Curriculum, NCEA, IB & NZQA Scholarship, with the ability to challenge students at all levels;Have successfully led a high-achieving team;Be skilled in mentoring staff and developing a culture of collegiality;Have New Zealand working rights;Hold a current New Zealand Teaching Registration and Practising Certificate.
