The RoleThe Deputy Head of Senior School: Academia plays a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to ensure that every student achieves their academic potential. This leadership position encompasses comprehensive oversight of academic quality assurance, assessment tracking, and curriculum management, with the IB Coordinator and NCEA Principal's Nominee reporting directly to this role. The position involves strategic oversight of faculty performance through results tracking and analysis, ensuring our teaching teams deliver consistently excellent outcomes across all year levels.Central to this position is the development and management of robust structures and systems for academic monitoring, including the implementation of data-driven intervention strategies that ensure optimal student outcomes.
