About the role:

As a Prep Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in providing academic support and nurturing the well-being of our boarding students. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe and positive environment, offering academic assistance, and upholding our college values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing pastoral care in alignment with college policies and procedures.

- Maintaining a safe and clean environment conducive to learning.

- Effectively communicating with students, staff. 

- Managing prep room activities and ensuring student engagement.

- Liaising with the Head of Boarding and other stakeholders as needed.

- Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience in teaching or tutoring students, preferably in years 9-10.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.

- Commitment to professional development and adherence to policies.

- Empathy, integrity, and a positive attitude towards students and colleagues.
