About the Role

St Cuthbert’s College is seeking a highly organised, empathetic and proactive Senior School Wellbeing Administrator to join our Beattie Centre team. This is a pivotal role providing administrative and reception support to our Senior School wellbeing and pastoral teams, contributing directly to the care and support of students in Years 7–13.

This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Heads of Year, Year Level Coordinators, Houses Coordinator, Nurses, Counsellors, Deputy Head – Pastoral, and the Beattie Centre Reception. The role also supports Senior School wellbeing programmes, House activities, and key year-level events.

In this role, you will need excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the College.  This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.  You must also have a good eye for detail, and a passion for working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and administrative support for the Beattie (Wellbeing) Centre, acting as the first point of contact and managing enquiries with discretion
  • Support Senior School pastoral processes, including attendance monitoring, student records, and wellbeing systems
  • Administer Senior School systems and documentation, including Nurture app lists, HUB rolls and positions of responsibility
  • Liaise with students, parents and caregivers, coordinate meetings, and support key College and House events
  • Manage myCollege content and permissions and maintain accurate records and spreadsheets
  • Monitor and order Beattie Centre supplies
