This is a pivotal role providing administrative and reception support to our Senior School wellbeing and pastoral teams, contributing directly to the care and support of students in Years 7–13.This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Heads of Year, Year Level Coordinators, Houses Coordinator, Nurses, Counsellors, Deputy Head – Pastoral, and the Beattie Centre Reception. The role also supports Senior School wellbeing programmes, House activities, and key year-level events.In this role, you will need excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the College. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
